Shipping policy

Ready to ship items will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified. 

Made To order items have a current turn around of 4 Weeks.

CUSTOM DYED Diapers & Clothing have a turn around time of 4-6 weeks.

CUSTOM PRINTED Items have a current turn around time of 6-8 Weeks.

Shipping is available internationally and will be sent via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.

CANCELLED Preorders before the TAT has been met will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, Unless Cancelled by Alpha Cloth Co. All other funds associated with the order will be refunded to the original payment method only.

P.O Boxes will only be shipped via CP/ USPS

Customs/ duty fees are at the customers expense. 

Shipping is based on flat rate amounts between certain weights. Overages are always refunded.

All shipments include a tracking number, unless Canadian wide Letter mail shipping is requested. 

Letter mail is at the customers risk and we will not be accountable for lost packages.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please contact the courier on your tracking number for package issues. 

Double check your information at check out, as once the order is placed, we cannot alter the address in anyway.
